-Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud noise after 10 pm and respect for all creatures great and small. - STRICTLY no smoking and no parties allowed. No gatherings/visitors/extra guests - for the safety of our guests and cleaners. - Please, all dishes are to be washed thoroughly and left to drain prior to check out. The oven and grill are to be left clean as well. If the kitchen is not left tidy, and dirty dishes are not washed up, there may be a €50 fee taken from the security deposit for extraordinary cleaning charges. - Turn off the heating when heading out - Don't eat or drink in the bedrooms - Respect Check-in Check-out times - TAKE EXTRA CARE OF YOUR KEYS. Lost keys incur a replacement fee - Please take care of the furnishing. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. - Please do not rearrange the furniture - Please take your trash out before you leave - NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. - All of our premises are monitored externally by CCTV (not insider apartments). Any theft of electrical goods or Any property will be immediately reported to the Gardai.

Spacious property in a wonderful location. We were very comfortable with two adults and four children. Feels like a little oasis right in the central part of Dublin. Hosts were very helpful and apartment was well-stocked. Highly recommend watching the "check in instructions" video, made things very easy.
